shall i submit Income tax return(ITR-2) for the A.Y. 2011-12 in A.Y. 2013-14.

no you can not file return of A.Y 2011-12 as it closed by 31.03.2013

Online filing not possible for A.Y.2011-12.
**In case of refund you can file manually under section 119(2)
