Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

Company failed to file necessary forms with ROC for Increase of Authorised Share Capital in May 2014.

Please let me know, what are the Forms Required to be filed on the above matter.

21 May 2015 You have to file e-Form SH-7 & MGT 14 with additional filing fees.
