01 December 2011 Can i File the Belated Income Tax Return of Private Limited Company???

Can I file, today, the Income Tax Return For A.Y. 2009-10 of a Pvt. Ltd. Company???

01 December 2011 Generally the company can't file IT return for the assessment year 2009-10 today because it is barred by time. However, if there is refund, seek permission from CIT / CCIT/ CBDT under section 119(2) of the IT Act,1961 to file the said time barred return of income.

NOW PLEASE TEL ME ONE THING,THERE IS NO CASE OF REFUND, & I THE COMPANY HAS NOT FILED THE RETURN IN TIME, SO CAN THE COMPANY FILE THE RETURN FOR THE SAID PERIOD, OR SHOULD IT SKIP THE FILING RETURN FOR A.Y.2009.10, AND FILE THE RETURNS AFTERWORDS.
