10 September 2008 A company is incorporated on 5/12/2006. The contribution from the promoters was received on 12/01/2008. E-Form - 2 for allotment was filed on 25/01/2008. AGM was held on 29/12/2007. The company has till now not filed its annual return. Now the company wants to file its annual return with year ending as on 31/03/2008. Can it do so? What procedure to be followed? What penalty to be paid?

Please inform that payment of additional fees will suffice?
