02 March 2012 if a person receive a payment from bsnl on contract basis from hiring a taxi, tds deducted u/s 194c, so how he can file his income tax return? u/s 44ad or ae?

02 March 2012 if u have taxi wich is goods carries & u have not more than 10 carries than u can file return u/s 44ae. and if u have more than 10 vehicle but u r turn over is less than 60 lacs than u have to file return u/s 44ad
