Filing Form 23B with ROC

30 December 2009 I had filed form 23B for the last year. But due to server problem it was filed three times. Now I want to file form 23B for the current year. But during prescrutiny, an error comes that you have prescrutinise or uploaded STP forms with different financial year.
What is the solution of the problem???
Can Form 23AC be filed without SRN of Form 23B????
Is there any other solution?
Please ans. as it is very urgent

30 December 2009 yes form 23 AC can be filed without actual SRN of filed Form 23B bcz in that case you have to mention Z99999999 in that place but try to file form 23B with a fresh downloaded form.
