25 July 2011 What is the due procedure for filing a complaint against a practicing Company secretary who has aided criminal acts by filing falsified records before Registrar Of Companies?
What is the due procedure to be followed to file the same before Disciplinary committee of ICSI

26 July 2011 Dear Arun,

You will be required to write a simple letter to ICSI Disciplinary committee, detailing the professional misconduct done by CS along with documentary evidences supporting your stand. On receipt of your letter, ICSI will be required to undertake preliminary study of your case.

It is suggested that before complaining, you be sure that the CS is guilty of professional misconduct.
