12 February 2018 SIR MY QUERY IS THAT MANY PERSON FILE RETURN ONLY BY LOAN & F.Y 2017-18 IS RELIEF AMOUNT 250000 & REBATE 2500 . ACCESSY ARE FILED RETURN F.Y 300000 THEN NEXT YEAR IF THEY FILE RETURN AMOUNT BELOW 300000 THEN RETURN WAS INCOURENT PLEASE ANSWERS ME SIR..

13 February 2018 Income will vary from year to year no need to worry. You can file return less than 3 lacs next year the return will be accepted.

13 February 2018 but sir if i file return below 300000 then department of income tax will send notes.

21 October 2021 No. Notice comes only if they find any variance in the filed return and the details reported by agencies like bank etc, under your PAN..
