A FDR IS IN THE NAME OF MINOR UNDER GUARDIANSHIP OF FATHER FOR 7 YEARS
THE MINOR HAS ATTAINED THE AGE OF MAJORITY ON 01.01.2015
UPTO F.Y 2013-14 AND UPTO 31.12.2014 TDS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED ON FATHERS PAN
AS THE MINOR HAS ATTAINED THE AGE OF MAJORITY HE IS LIABLE TO FILE HIS RETURN OF INCOME
SIR, PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT WILL BE TAX TREATMENT FOR F.Y 2014-15
WITH REGARDS

TDS for the last quarter i.e. Jan to march 2015 will be deducted in minor's name and he will be liable to show last quarter's interest in his return to claim refund.
