30 August 2011 How to file FCGPR Part A for bonus shares As there is no inflow of money? What about KYC from AD? What other documents need to be attached alonghwith the form?

You must download the FCGPR form from the rbi website and fill the details which is relevant to you and strick out whichever is not applicable. the KYC should be get by the Authorised Dealer i.e. the bank (remitters bank) and other requirements like certificate from the practising company secretary and certificate from the Practicing CA relating to price fixation on bonus shares. then submit all the details to the AD to file it to regional RBI within thirty days from the date of allotment.
