19 December 2008 WE HAVE PAID RS.3 LACS AG. ONE YEAR CLUB MEMBERSHIP OF REPUTE.
PAYMENT MADE BY THE COMPANY AND RECEIPT IS ALSO IN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY.
wHAT IS THE TREATMENT OF THIS PAYMENT.
THIS IS A COMPANY EXPENSES AND ATTACT FBT ON CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEE OR THIS IS A PERSONAL EXP. PAYMENT OF OUR DIRECTOR AND HAS TO BE DEBITED TO HIM.

Our company is PVT. LTD. company and we are giving monthly fixed salary to our Director.
Now fbt is applicable on payment of club membership fee or not?
