Dear Sir
if a women get a family pension after death of her husband pls tell me pension is fully taxabel or not.

Deduction of a sum equal to 33 1/3 % of such pension subject to a ceiling limit of Rs. 15,000/- can be claimed under section 57(iia) of the Income tax Act,1961.
