Service provider in India,
Service receiver out side India,
Bill raised in India in (INR)to the branch of Service receiver of India.

My doubt is service Tax is Applicable?

23 June 2012 In order to claim exemption under export services the consideration(payment) should be in foreign exchange. Hence it will be taxed if it is in INR.
