17 September 2009 I have 2 files in Tally 7.2 with same name. Actually they r the same files from 2006 to 2009. In first file data from 2006 to 2008 is correct but is wrong after thatie for 2009. In the latter file, the entries in 2009 are correct but 2006 to 2008 data is incorrect. Can I combine specific data from both to get correct data from 2006 to 2009?

17 September 2009 yes you can combine and do a final correct file. for that you need to split the companies from the first file and take the first two years 2006-08 and you will get 2009 seperately. delete that company. then in the second file do the spliting once again and seperate the 2009 company and delete the 2006-08 cos.
