DSC of a Director got expired. in this public limited company only one director holds DSC, what is the consequence.

there is no consequence. However, apply for the new DSC.

Filing will be delayed till DSC is renewed and consequently monetary damages will follow.

Please note that DSC in USB token is required now which will be issued only after getting the hard copy of application form and mandatory attachment at the certifying authority's office which may take at least 7 working days.
