Expenses of Court case for the recovery of rent

In This case an Assessee has recd. rent from court for the previous 5 years. Can he claim the expenses towards the case as expenses from House Property Income. If yes then how the Income from HOuse Property shd be computed

NO.... its not possible to get deduction in IHP..
but its possible if its a Business of renting property of the assessee, than can claim such expense... and it wont be income under IHP....
