Exemption query(IPCC)( please explain in simple terms)

15 February 2011 I have got answer for this query twice earlier but it was just what was mentioned in the examination form...PLEASE EXPLAIN AND CLEAR MY DOUBT IN LAYMAN TERMS>>>



Hi.. I gave my ipcc xam in november 2010...
I got d following marks;
accounts-37
tax-72
business law-66
ca&fm-33
total:208

my question is that i have got above 60 in both tax and law.can i claim exemption in both the subjects in the may 2011 ipcc xams.?? some of my friends say that i can claim exemption in just one subject..Please clarify.Also tell what minimum marks will i have to score in the other subjects in the next exam if i take an exemption in either tax\law or both.

15 February 2011 you can claim exemption in both the subjects in the may 2011 ipcc exms.

no minimum marks requirement for getting exemption.
