29 November 2012 Who can become an Executive Director in a Pvt. Ltd. Company?? is it necessary condition precedent that to become an executive director one has to be a director???

The companies Act not impose any restriction on a person to become an executive director in private limited company.

Yes, to become an executive director, firstly he should be appointed as director of the company. You can appoint him as an executive director at the same time or later on. Its depend on management decision.
