1. Filing ER-1 Monthly Manufacturers not eligible for SSI concession
2. ER-3 Quarterly Assessees eligible for SSI concession
3. ER-4 Annual Financial Information Statement Annually Assessees paying duty of Rs one crore or more per annum either through PLA or Cenvat or both together
4. ER-5 Information relating to Principal Inputs Annually Assessees paying duty of Rs one crore or more per annum (either through PLA or Cenvat or both together) and manufacturing goods under specified tariff headings 22, 28 to 30, 32, 34, 38 to 40, 48, 72 to 74, 76, 84, 85, 87, 90 and 94; 54.02, 54.03, 55.01, 55.02, 55.03, 55.04.
