Excise Exemption under Notification No.6/2006

What is the procedure for ED exemption under Notification No.6/2006? Documents that are required for the above while raising the invoice. Since we need to supply Power Cables to a company dealing with Winwind could anybody explain please.

there is no such exemption for power cables, as its not included in list 5 of notfication.
