20 August 2010 Can any one Plz. suggest me the Point Regg. Balance Sheet Finalisation of a Company at the time of Audit and then B. Shhet, for ESI, EPF, Bonus and Gratuity Provision, also with Reg. to Excise Return.

The amount deducted at correct rate and the payment made with in due date, returns are filed with in due date, any claims from the employee correctly processed

Bonus, Gratutity:

Provision, calculation made correctly and bonuse paid correctly, if grautity paid during the year whether properly calculated, periodical returns are filed corretly with in due date

Excise audit is broad subject, give the id I will send the cheklist
