could you please provide me the detail of statutory register maintain by the company

1. Register of investments not held in company’s name
2. Register of Deposits
3. Creation/modification/satisfaction of charge & keeping a record of the charges
4. Register of charges
5. Register of members
6. Index of members where their number is more than 50
7. Register and index of debenture holders
8. Foreign register (and a duplicate) of members and debenture holders, if any
9. Copies of all returns u/s 159 & 160
10.Minute books containing minutes of the proceedings of general meetings, board meeting & committees of the board
11. Books of accounts
12. Register of contracts, with companies and firms, in which directors are interested giving details
13. Register of contracts with companies and firms in which directors are interested directly or indirectly
14. Register of directors, managing directors, managers and secretary
15. Register of directors shareholding
16. Register of appointment of directors or an associate as a selling agent outside India of goods produced by the company, and for supply of or rendering of service
