Excess leave to be served in articleship

This query is : Resolved

16 May 2015 My articleship completed on 09th Feb, 2015 and i received letter stating extension period of Nine(09) days on 15th March 2015.
There is a note in the letter stating,
"excess leave period has to be served by submitting form 107 within 60 days from date of commencement of articles, if it is continued service and form 103, in duplicate, within 30 days from the date of commencement of articles, if there is a break in service."
what does the above sentence say. It's a bit confusing.what procedure shall i follow... please help....

16 May 2015 it means had to started ur extension on 10th feb itself you would filed form 107. but if you haven't then file form 102/103.
