28 May 2010 i saw the mark sheets of toppers. They also get not more than 70 in itsm. why ? can we not get better marks in this subject ?

29 June 2010 Yes you can get better marks for sure.

But for that you have to work really hard and workout on presentation of answers. Special preparation is required for the same.

Make notes yourself. Fully prepare scanner and frequently asked questions.
