actually i m getting very less marks as predict by me specially in theory, subjects law is my favourite sub in pcc i got exemption but in final i m not even able to passt this subject why this happen to me

That could be due to presentation of your paper. Since, you have to be most updated with the changes as per Companies Act, 2013 and present your answers elegantly so as to improvise the examiner. It is not about quantum but quality that determines the scoring.
