for pcc student now converted to ipc..appearing for nov 13 exam(ipc). if passd out in nov 13 exam than if he can give his fianl both group in may 14 or nov 14.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
If you complied the above provision, then you will be eligible to appear in final exam.
