Hi All,
There is a foriegn company, it has a status of limited partnership there in US , Now that company wants to set up a business in India , what will be the procedure for forming it ?

Form a new company as if new venture only with foreign direct investment policy as notified by the RBI.
or else one can also go for joint venture with any of the existing company.
