Hi Every one,
Pls let me know about ESOP accounting.
How to create ESOP Entries in parent company books of account. Basically for US company. This for listed & unlisted company.

It is the sale of shares to the employees at a lower rate and the entry is to be done as if shares are issued to the general public.
