Hi Professionals
Please tell him about the effective date of reduction in the rate of administrative charges from 1.10% to 0.85% of the pay.
My reason of Query is that as per the EPFO Notification NO.323(E) dated 02-02-2015 written that the Notification may be applied from 1th January,2015.

The changes will be effective from 1 January 2015 so administration charges payable upto 31.12.2014 will be levied at old rate.
25 June 2015
But Sir in Notification written that the Change may be effective from 01-01-2015.This is my main Query.

Any payment made from 01-01-2015 new rate is applicable.
