29 August 2011 As per the act Esi to be deducted ,if the gross salary is up to Rs.15,000.If for a particular employee ,gross salary is Rs.10,000 in the month of June 2011 and the same was increased to Rs.17,000 in the month of July 2011 ,whether esi to be deducted up to September 2011 or we can stop deducting Esi from July 2011.
