Please state, if any concern do not have any manufacturing unit, but numbers of their employee cross the limit of 20 people, than wat ESI act applicable on that or not, also if they have the different branch in whole of India, than I the ESI deduction made & how the employee gets the benefits of ESI ? Thanks in advance.
