Error code of 68 in itr 7

Dear sir,
i filed return of charitable trust in itr 7,i got a notice u/s 139(9) stating error code 68,schedule j has to be filled.
we have utilised the 85% amount to charitable trust and there is no accumulation under section 11(2).
what should we do.
Kindly revert back its urgent.

Then the columns for 11(5) in ITR-7 may be filled in with 0, to rectify the return and upload it.
