a goverment contractor installed international fancing at bharat bangladesh border. whether this installation service comes under erection, commissioning and instalation service? if the above mentioned service has not comes under the erection,commissiong and installation then please answer me it is comes under which head of taxable service

Services provided to the Government, by way of construction, erection, commissioning, completion, installation, fitting out, repair, maintenance, renovation or alteration is in the exemption notification vide notn 25/2012 dt 20.06.12.
Kindly go the notn to claim exemption. If your services are not in the list, then it will come under works contract where material and labour involve.
