28 September 2012 can any explain point 111 20b annual returns of the that how much percentage show in that column & what basis.

You are talking about section no III of Form-20 B, it demanding the percantage og equity shares hold the different categories of persons. Form example;

1. Suppose your company paid up capital is Rs. 100000/- and your company have 3 directors of holding Rs. 1000/- it means every directors hold 10% of paid up capital.

Now you will fill in point no. 9 of section III in director relative category 30% (total directors shareholding) and same will be filled in other category. If you have not any mutual fund or venture capital holding in your paid up capital then you show 0% in respective column.
