Dear Experts,
Please tell me whether entry tax is payable on the branch transfer of readymade garments against Form-F, if yes than please tell me the rates, due date of payment, and due date of return in following states.
1. Orissa
2. Chhattisgarh
3. Tamilnadu
4. Maharashtra
5. Karnataka
6. Andhra Pradesh
Also provide me the penalty and interest structure.....

No entry tax on ready made garments in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra,and Karnataka.No sufficient info on Odisha and Chattisgarh.Better approach their web site on commercial taxes....MJK
