A manufacturing concern purchased a machinery on 1.11.2010. In the year of installation it use for less than 180 days. On Sec 32(1)iia
if the machinery was put to use for less than
180 days the rate of enhanced depreciation is restricted to 10% in the year of installation of plant & Machinery. Can be claim the balance 10% of enhanced depreciation in the next year of installation

Enhanced Depreciation can be claimed in the year of purchase only. The Balance 10% can not be claimed.
