06 August 2011 Can a person in employment do Tax Audits.

If no, then what can be the implications against that person if he has taken full time COP inspite of being in employment.

Also if some one is doing so then how will the institute be able to know about that? How can it find out that the CA is also doing a job.

06 August 2011 No only the members having Certificate of practice can do it. Any complain to the ICAI can initiate professional misconduct. If you know some one then kindly report to the disciplinary committee of the ICAI you need not mention your name it will do.
