Can anyone tell me whether a student of ipcc who has completed his 2 years of articleship by august 2012 can appear for nov. 2012 final exams???!!

No, one has to complete his/her 2.5 years of articleship training to be eligible for c.A final attempt, so your 1st attempt is may 2013.
