I cleared IPCC ( converted from PE II)and completed one year of article ship somebody please conform me the eligibility to appear first final exam after 2yrs or 2.5 yrs of completion of article ship

Eligibility to appear for c.A final is after 2.5years of completion of articleship, as ur 1yr got completed then your 1st attempt is in nov 2013. z
