02 June 2012 Can EGM be conducted at a place other than registered office.

02 June 2012 There is no restriction as regards place of convening EGM meaning thereby it can be held at such place as may be considered convenient to the company. But it should not be held at a place which will be more expensive or inconvenient to the shareholders than if it was held at the registered office of the company.
