09 August 2010 A Customer is the one who purchase the product or say would be buyer but the consumer will be the end user .Like ,If My father brought a chocolate for me then he is a buyer and I ll be the consumer because ultimately I will be consuming the chocolate.

Customer who purchase the product or services whereas consumer who consumes/uses the product or services. Customer may be a consumer but consumer may not be a customer.

Customer is buy the product and the consumer is the use the product.
