THE EASY EXIT SCHEME 2010 WAS OPEN TO COMPANIES WHICH HAD NOT CARRIED OUT ANY OPERATIONS SINCE 2008. I WOULD REQUEST A CLARIFICATION WHETHER FILING OF NIL BALANCE SHEET AND ANNUAL RETURNS FOR 2009 AND 2010 WILL BE CONSTRUED AS OPERATIONS?

Absolutely no. But the said scheme is closed on 31/8/2010.
