Any possibility to take E Way Bill generation report from Portal - Monthly or Yearly report
because Eway portal allows only 5 days report generation only

Any other way to download yearly report.

Kindly let me know.

13 August 2025 Currently, the E-Way Bill Portal restricts report generation to a maximum of 5 days at a time, so you can’t directly download monthly or yearly reports in one go.
Here are some options you can consider:
1. Download reports in multiple 5-day segments
You can manually download 5-day reports repeatedly covering the entire month or year.
Then consolidate these reports offline using Excel or any other tool.
2. Use E-Way Bill API
If you are a registered user with API access, you can automate the download of reports for longer periods by programming API calls.
This requires some technical expertise or developer support.
3. Third-Party Software or GST Suvidha Providers (GSPs)
Several GSPs offer tools that fetch E-Way Bill data for longer durations.
