26 November 2012 Is there any requirement of e- sugam for purchasing proceesed meat from an unregistered dealer, karnataka by a registered dealer from kerala

26 November 2012 E Sugam is required to be issued upon sale of purchase of listed commodities and should the value exceed specified limited. Processed meat presently is not a listed commodity for issue of e sugam. Hence no need to issue e sugam.

However considering the practicality of the department official and for faster and easier clearence at the checkpost you may issue e sugam form. Hope the same clarifies
