waht is difference between fiiling of paper
return and efilling of return for tds refund claim ? is efilling of ITR return
faster then paper return to get back of refund? advice me sir thanks.

15 October 2012 Filing of paper return means submission of hardcopy of filled ITR form(return form) to the AO for your Area or region. efiling of ITR return means submission of return form electronically i.e through online. And sending of the refund process and time depend on the process status at such consider departments. I.e if you file paper return then AO will assess and process you return and send the refund to you depending on the work flow at his office. In case you filed e-return then CPC, bangalore will process your return and send refund based on the work flow at their. So we cann't say which process is speed up for some time CPC would be speed for some time Ao would be speed.

efilling is faster then paper return... is not it? thanks. is any maximum time limit
to back of tds refund? advice me.

16 October 2012 At present surely i didn't say you such maximum time limit. But there is the maximum time limit to complete or send refund. I think this time limit is 21 months from the date of filing of return but i didn't confident with this i well tell you correct time limit later.
