E-filling of income tax return

I had filled an Income Tax Return of A.y 2007-08 offline in which year i had sold my property.But not capital gain arised as the same was sold in loss.But my another CA filled the same Return of A.Y 2007-08 online(e-filling) and i wasnt knowing about that and he showed false capital gain on sale of property and Showed a tax liabilty of Rs. 150000/- to be payable.And because of that i got intimation u/s 143(1) to pay the taxable amount.So what needs to be done.Because after applying indexation cost and everything i am not liable to pay income tax because of less Sale proceeds.

File rectification u/s 154 in case the intimation is within four years as on date.

i got the intimation in the same year of filling i.e within one year and still i have not given any reply for the same? so what to do in the said case as the intimation is being showed online in the pending actions

Time limit for rectification is over you have to pay the taxes with interest.

but cant i get opportunity of being heard as i have all the evidence regarding ofline filling of return and loss on the said property.Which section of income tax should i refer for the same ?

Contact the AO where you have filed offline return.But there is remote chance in view of time limit for rectification has expired.
