E filing of income tax return in subsequent year

If a individual file online income tax return this year then is it compulsory for him to file Income tax return online in subsequent years or he can file manual return also in subsequent years.

In subsequent year, if he / she is not covered under tax audit (section 44AB),then that individual can file manual return meaning thereby e-filing is not compulsory.
