How can I file form 10 E if my income tax return going to be efiled ?

22 July 2010 Form 10E should be furnished by the employee to the employer who is responsible for deducting tax at source. In turn, the employer will issue form 16 ,on the strength of that the employee can e- file the return.

22 July 2010 Dear Sir,

Form 10 E was not submitted to Employer & Employer has not given me relief u/s 89 in the form 16.

22 July 2010 Then you can work out relief ,if any , available under section 89(1), and accordingly e-file the return with a refund claim.
