If due date of vat e-filing falls on public holiday, then when is the due date?
(* I think E-Filing possible on holiday also)

26 December 2011 Yes E-filing is possible on holidays as well. In case no specific notification, the holidays has nothing to do with due date

28 December 2011 Again it depends on the Notification issued by the Department prior to the Public Holiday. If no notification is issued, then Public Holiday is considered as Due Date.
