"null
Error parsing the IT Return XML.Please upload a proper xml file"

21 February 2011 Make the following changes in internet settings.
1) open internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, security, custom level.
2) change 'reset custom settings' to 'medium' or 'medium low' and click ok
3) then, go to 'control panel' java, general, settings
4) remove the tick mark for' keep temporary files on my computer'.
5) click the 'delete files' button and press ok.
